• Exceptional Patient Care : Provide a warm, professional welcome and manage the end-to-end patient journey, ensuring discretion and comfort.
• Operational Excellence : Efficiently manage the daily appointment schedule (booking, confirmation, patient flow), handle clinic communications (calls, emails), and maintain a pristine reception area.
• Sales & Revenue Generation : Manage all billing and payments. Actively learn about services and promotions to convert inquiries into appointments and strategically promote retail products.
