Customer Data Governance & MDM Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Master Data Management

Manage complex create / update / merge workflows for customer master data within the MDM ecosystem (Informatica IDQ & MDM).

Develop, monitor, and refine data quality rules and thresholds, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Partner with IT and business teams to improve automation for customer onboarding, updates, and hierarchy management.

Participate in data governance forums, contribute to policies and best practices.

Build and maintain reports or dashboards that track data quality KPIs.

Hybrid working
