About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact Business / digital transformation initiatives across digitization, automation, analytics, and agentic AI. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities to manage cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors to align on deliverables.
  • Prepare proposals, effort estimates, and project documentation.
  • Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure business value realization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience leading technical teams and managing software projects.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 or ITIL certification is mandatory.
  • S trong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET, Azure, Power Platform). This is Mandatory
  • Proven ability to manage & execute project planning, tracking, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira), bid management strategy
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Experience in proposal creation and effort estimation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI / ML, RPA, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
  • F amiliarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or custom-built platforms.
