Role -

Head Credit Valuation IPV (Executive Director)

Exp -12+ years

Title - ED to ED or Director Equivalent to Director

IPV / Valuation Control Leads

Professionals currently leading or second-in-command in

Credit IPV / Valuation Control

within Global Markets divisions.

Experience across

Vanilla & Exotic Credit Derivatives ,

Bonds ,

CDS ,

CVA / DVA , and

structured credit

products.

Typically manage regional / global teams, often interfacing with FO, Risk, and Product Control.

b. Product Control / Valuation Methodology Heads

Product Control professionals who’ve moved into

Valuation Control

or

IPV governance

roles.

Deep exposure to

revenue recognition, reserves, and fair value adjustments .

Often have cross-product exposure and work closely with Valuation Governance, Quants, and Risk teams.

c. Model Valuation / Risk Quant Professionals

From

Market Risk

or

Model Validation

backgrounds who’ve moved into valuation control.

Familiar with valuation methodology, pricing models, and regulatory requirements (Prudent Valuation, FVA, CVA).

Typical Background Snapshot

Experience :

15–20 years total, with 10+ in IPV / valuation control / credit markets.

Education :

Quantitative or Finance degree (Maths, Economics, Engineering, Accounting); CFA / FRM / ACA a plus.

Profile traits :

Deep credit product knowledge (cash & derivatives)

Strong communication and regulatory exposure

Comfortable managing global stakeholders

Strategic mindset with control rigor
