About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Agent Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and

deploying intelligent AI agents for SaaS-based e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of proven experience in building AI agents and strong expertise in automation, data-driven

workflows, and conversational AI for the e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents for SaaS products catering to e-commerce

businesses.

Integrate AI agents with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to enable automation at scale.

Develop LLM-powered conversational agents for customer interaction, query handling, and

personalized recommendations.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI-driven insights (demand forecasting, pricing, personalization).

Work on real-world problem-solving with hands-on coding and deployment of AI / ML solutions.

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end SaaS solutions with measurable impact.

Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of AI agents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of proven experience in AI / ML engineering or SaaS product development.

Strong programming skills in Python (knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or

LangChain is a plus).

Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or similar).

Proficiency in building and integrating APIs, webhooks, and microservices for SaaS platforms.

Familiarity with e-commerce workflows (pricing, product cataloging, inventory, customer service).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) for deploying scalable SaaS applications.

Working knowledge of MCP to strengthen cloud / infra capabilities.

Good understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and version control systems (GitHub / GitLab).

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in E-commerce SaaS startups or AI-driven product companies.

Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for e-commerce chatbots.

Experience in recommendation systems, personalization engines, and dynamic pricing models.
