About the Role :

We are looking for talented and passionate Software Developers with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in Java technologies, front-end frameworks, and database management, along with a keen ability to collaborate in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and related frameworks.
  • Work on front-end technologies like Angular or React to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL and Hibernate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket for CI / CD and version control.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
  • Ensure coding standards, best practices, and security protocols are followed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : 2 to 8 years in software development.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, OOPs, Java Spring Boot, and Java frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Hibernate, and Swing.
  • Familiarity with IBM WebSphere for enterprise application deployment.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
