Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of complex, large-scale global delivery engagements within the Optima Program . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards and Lending products , proven digital transformation expertise , and extensive experience in managing multi-country, multi-stakeholder programs . Prior HSBC experience is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives within the Optima Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Manage Cards and Lending product initiatives, driving digital transformation solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee complex global delivery engagements involving cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of program deliverables.
- Monitor delivery progress, identify risks / issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to HSBC governance, compliance, and delivery frameworks .
- Drive stakeholder engagement at senior levels, ensuring transparency and alignment across regions.
- Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring best practices in Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies .
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory : Prior HSBC experience in a program or delivery leadership capacity.8+ years of experience in project / program management with at least 5 years in delivery leadership roles.Strong domain expertise in Cards and Lending products within the banking / financial services sector.Proven experience delivering digital transformation programs in complex, regulated environments.Track record in global delivery engagements , managing distributed teams and multi-country stakeholders.Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.Experience with Optima platform and related HSBC systems.Exposure to regulatory compliance in banking and payments.Employment Type : Full-time
