Senior Financial Accountant Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will primarily focus on Sage Intacct development and maintenance, supporting month end financial reporting and year-end audits.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and own the fixed assets and intangible assets ledger as well as building out the Fixed asset module in Sage Intacct.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly COGS reporting and analysis and other ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Build and update financial reports and dashboards in Sage.
• Administer invoice templates, vendors, customer records, project costing, payment approval process, inventory, financial planning, and analysis module etc.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of year-end audits by preparing required schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Comply with subsidiary legal entity filing requirements.
• Provide process improvement suggestions and support those initiatives across various finance functions.
