Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working on luxury residential projects
Civil Sr / Site Engineer :
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for Villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.
