Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Structural Draftsman / CAD Technician with expertise in structural design and drafting. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting engineering or architectural firms, with a preference for industrial projects, including steel / PEB construction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) documents in coordination with architects and engineers.
• Work closely with architectural teams to understand design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure seamless internal coordination between structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines at the schematic level.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp proficiently. Experience with additional graphic software is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR).
• Assist in the preparation of client presentation materials and project documentation.
• Maintain accuracy in detailing, material specifications, and construction processes.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet project deliverables within deadlines.
