Job Title : Lead Software Engineer (ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer)

Job Summary :   We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITAM &ITOM) and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, SPM, HRSD.
• Integrate third party Software Assets Data with ServiceNow SAM application.
• Provide subject matter expertise in design, development and implementation within the ServiceNow Platform for ITAM applications
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot issues and provide fixes, work on Support tickets
• Maintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
• Document processes or Technical Design Documents
• Work closely with the stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner, ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst to build solutions
