Backed by Tier-1 VCs, we combine modular engineering, digital design tools, and decentralized fabrication to make infrastructure rapid, reliable, and scalable.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Structural Engineer with expertise in RCC, Steel Structures, and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).You will design, analyze, and optimize modular buildings—bridging concept design, detailed engineering, and execution. This is a high-ownership role where your structural solutions will directly shape deployable, high-quality modular projects across critical sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesStructural Design & AnalysisPrepare structural designs and calculations for PEB and RCC modules, ensuring compliance with IS and AISC codes.Develop technical documents (design briefs, calculations, connection details) and coordinate with STAAD, Tekla Structures, and Revit teams for accurate outputs.Optimize structures for cost-efficiency, material usage, and modular constructability.Modeling & DocumentationReview and validate structural models, fabrication / shop drawings, and erection drawings.Guide and support steel detailers and Tekla modelers to ensure design intent is captured.Prepare BOQs, reinforcement schedules, bolt lists, connection layouts, and fabrication documentation.Coordination & ExecutionCollaborate with architects, MEP, and site teams for integration and constructability.Address design queries through RFIs, revisions, and joint review meetings.Ensure all drawings, models, and calculations meet QA / QC standards and client specifications.What We’re Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceM.E. in Structural Engineering (Master’s degree required).2–9 years hands-on experience in Steel, PEB, modular, and RCC projects (modular / prefabrication exposure preferred).Strong knowledge of IS and AISC codes for design and detailing.Proficiency in STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD / Revit; familiarity with BIM and CNC / NC workflows is a plus.Core CompetenciesAnalytical & Detail-Oriented – proven ability to resolve complex design challenges.Collaborative – thrives in cross-disciplinary project environments.Organized & Proactive – skilled in document control and revision management.Excellent Communicator – bridges engineering, modeling, and execution teams.Why Join UsShape the future of modular infrastructure in critical sectors.Work on landmark projects using cutting-edge digital design tools.Accelerated career growth into senior engineering, BIM, or project leadership roles.Be part of a fast-growing, VC-backed team delivering real social impact.Role : Structural Engineer (PEB & RCC)Location : IIT Madras Research Park, ChennaiCommitment : Full-time, High-Ownership, Hands-on RoleExperience : 2–9 YearsCTC : ₹6 – 13 LPA
