Shift : Rotational (Day) | Workdays : 6 Days / Week (1 Rotational Off)

Experience : 2+ Years in BPO | 1+ Year as Team Lead

Education : Any Graduate

Salary Up to 4.5lpa

What We're Looking For :

Strong experience in customer support

Proven leadership in a BPO environment

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with escalation management.
