About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional with extensive expertise in commercial leasing and a well-established industry network. The ideal candidate will possess strong market insights, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in driving successful lease transactions across premium commercial assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end leasing transactions across a diverse commercial portfolio.
• Formulate and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, IPCs, and key channel partners to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements ensuring alignment with business and legal parameters.
• Mentor and guide the leasing team to achieve performance targets and ensure seamless tenant onboarding and retention.
