Nokia Orchestration Center, Verification and Automation Engineer

• Job Description : Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans, scenario analyses, and test cases for Functional and NFR requirements. Specialist in automating test areas with aclose understanding of business scenarios, tools etc. Work with various stakeholders including Architects, PLM, Program managers and product owners to get the things done.
• Responsible for product deliverables with good quality, drive issues to a closure. Able to deploy applications in specified environments and create required test data Able to analyse the logs, monitor bottlenecks, and provide details to address them. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with Development and Test teams to foster a team environment

Knowledge & Experience Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and / or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.

Nokia Orchestration Center, Verification and Automation Engineer

Requirements : 12+ years of relevant  experience in testing  telecom / IP based products and functional and High availability test areas, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn quickly and validate and automate for utmost quality of the product. Create and execute a test plan covering the scenarios as per the requirement and automate them. Having knowledge and preferably experience on  automated testing, Robot Framework, Cucumber, BDD preferred. Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins and GIT), Linux, agile methodologies and DevOps are requirements for the job. Basic knowledge of containers, databases, security in software development and some  scripting languages like on Python  are valuable. Preference to work in a team format and actively share know-how with colleagues and brings in best practices. Good communication is needed. Candidate should be able to take ownership to get things done bycollaborating in a team environment.  Hands on experience in cloud native architecture, docker, k8s  and helm is needed.
