The role involves promoting our real estate projects, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales for both residential and industrial developments.Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Conduct site visits and property demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable project options.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation related to property sales.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows as needed.Ability to commute / relocate :
