Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Accounts Executive based in Ahmedabad.

You will manage daily operations across delivery, production coordination, internal planning, and MIS reports. In addition, you will handle basic accounting tasks using Zoho Books and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance requirements.

Note :

This is not a customer-facing account management role.

Communication with business partners will be limited to operational coordination or special requests only.

Qualifications

• Strong operational planning and workflow management skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge with familiarity in Zoho Books (preferred).
• Ability to coordinate with Chartered Accountant for taxation & compliance.
• Good communication and clarity in reporting.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
• 1–4 years of experience in operations, accounting support, logistics coordination, or production operations.
