Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities : -

• Manage multiple streams / teams to achieve customer requirements
• Lead public and private cloud hosting services installation, migration, and upgrade projects for external customers (working with internal and external teams to ensure contract is fulfilled on time and per customer requirements)
• The majority of projects will involve technical conversions from SAP ECC to SAP S / 4 hosted at SAP Cloud ERP Private (formerly RISE)
• Some projects will involve converting clients SAP landscape to S / 4 on cloud hosting services at SYNTAX
• Public cloud will include, but is not limited to, Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Responsible for all phases of the project (pre-sales planning, kickoff to go-live)
• Responsible for interpretation of customer contracts into deliverables for internal teams
• Lead project role for internal teams and customer throughout lifecycle of project
• Work with customers and SYNTAX stakeholders to create and manage Detailed Project plans
• Publish status reports
• Track risks, issues, actions, decisions and manage escalations as needed
• Host regular project meetings and distribute meeting minutes
• Continuous updates to project resource forecast and compare to budgeted hours
• Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects of various project phases
• Escalation management
