Position Objective :
To manage audio-visual projects and to create and edit informative, exciting, and cutting-edge videos aimed at promoting animal rights for the organisation's campaigns

Senior Manager of AV and Production
Location : Delhi or Mumbai
Primary Responsibilities and Duties :
- In compliance with the objectives, standards, and requirements communicated by PETA India
- Create informative, exciting, and cutting-edge videos for the organisation
- Design, direct, and conduct video shoots
- Work closely with relevant PETA India departments on creative aspects of video production
- Use discretion in choosing appropriate footage for video edits
- Take responsibility for the quality control of videos
- Recruit and coordinate with outside professional photographers and videographers when required
- Brainstorm and regularly present new video ideas to advance the campaigns and objectives of PETA India
- Make edits based on various requests from PETA India staff
- Attend and handle the video element of various celebrity and other types of shoots
- Handle various necessary aspects of video and photo storage and production
- Maintain a complete and organised inventory of photographs and videos from staff members of PETA India, coordinating with PETA US to do so when required
- Research equipment needs and maintain a digital-based inventory
- Adequately maintain all video and photographic equipment and supplies, including by working with outside service companies when required
- Find and work with other audio-visual vendors when required
- Securely transfer video footage from various locations, as needed
- Abide by any legal guidelines regarding video production as well as photo and video use from the start to the completion of projects and provide necessary information to PETA India or its affiliates' legal staff
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications :
Degree in a related field and minimum four years of related experienceExtensive editing experience, including but not limited to experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and relevant editing softwareFamiliarity with industrial-grade video and photo equipmentSophisticated understanding of and appreciation for the creative processProven ability to work independently when requiredExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProven ability to deal professionally with staff members and the publicProven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to work under tight deadlines in a professional mannerDemonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all timesWillingness and ability to travelAbility to lift and carry up to 15 kilogramsCommitment to the objectives of the organisationHow to Apply :
