Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Support the monthly closing process and preparation of financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for financial matters.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager and team.
