Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example : Write clean, scalable, production-ready code and uphold coding standards.
• Code Review & Quality : Conduct detailed reviews, maintain code quality, and enforce technical best practices.
• Ownership & Delivery : Manage sprints end-to-end — from planning to deployment — ensuring timely, predictable releases.
• Collaboration : Work closely with PMs and founders to align technical execution with product goals.
• Team Leadership : Mentor engineers, foster growth, and build a high-performing team culture.
• Process & Practices : Establish CI / CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and robust release processes.
• Architecture & Innovation : Design scalable systems, evaluate emerging technologies, and influence product architecture.
• Continuous Improvement : Promote accountability, transparency, and learning across the team.
