Job descriptionCommunicate with sellers and buyers through phone calls and face-to-face meetings at office Explain KAZA's products and help onboard them onto our platform. Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners. Handle basic queries and coordinate with the internal team. Share daily reports and feedback with your team lead. This role is open to all, but we We are committed to creating a Excellent communication skills in Bengali / Hindi / English. Confident and polite in phone and in-person conversations. Comfortable visiting nearby sellers (light field activity). Must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas.
