To drive, understand, implement, and focus on key HR initiatives in the state / s for the company. Oversee, manage, and partner effectively with the Business to support and manage the people agenda in order to meet the Company's goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment :
- Identify regional requirements for replacement hiring and coordinate with regional managers to initiate hiring approval.
- Manage recruitment costs by adopting the right talent and scanning relevant industries for sourcing talent.
- Identify if there is a possibility of internal movement. If so, open the position in i-Sculpt and send details to the central team for releasing the requirement.
- Facilitate timely delivery of offer letters to selected candidates.
- Onboarding :
- Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to ensure a smooth transition in terms of job and culture.
- Compensation :
- Comply with minimum and maximum pay grades while rolling out offers.
- Benefits :
- Provide guidance to employees on employee benefits.
- Act as the single point of contact for any queries regarding benefits.
- Ensure benefits are provided to entitled employees.
- Performance Management :
- Track performance and liaise with the central HR team on non-performance-related discussions.
- Drive the completion of the annual appraisal, Mid-Year, and KRA (Key Result Area) submission process.
- Employee Engagement :
- Connect with employees regularly.
- Facilitate action planning with teams.
- Carry out activities as decided during action planning, as applicable.
- Exits :
- Conduct in-depth exit interviews; engage with the employee to understand the possibility of an intervention.
- Provide exit-related information to HRSS and the central team of the business unit (BU).
Educational Qualification :
MBA / PGDBA / PGPM or Equivalent in Human Resource.Skills Required
