Engineering Manager – AI &Automation

As an Engineering Manager with a focus on AI / ML and automation, you will lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams in building scalable, intelligent software solutions powered by machine learning and data-driven technologies. You’ll drive technical excellence across AI / ML systems, collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with business goals, and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
• Guide the development of robust, scalable ML pipelines and intelligent software systems aligned with business needs
• Oversee project execution, ensuring model performance, code quality, and timely delivery
• Support engineers’ growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planning
