About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and deliver end-to-end market research projects.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding of market research methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring quality delivery, timely execution, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and manage the complete project lifecycle from commissioning to invoicing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance on Dynata's products and services.
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality service delivery in dynamic, fast-turnaround environments.
  • Coordinate project tasks across internal teams (Survey Programming, Sales, etc.) and external vendors (translators, etc.
  • Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges or escalate them as required.
  • Partner with Sales to support revenue growth through repeat business and client referrals.
  • Deliver clear, consultative, and timely project updates to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure survey quality by applying current market research methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage complex project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Lead and deliver high-visibility projects across multiple research methodologies.
  • Mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.
  • Step in for the Team Lead when required and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's / Master's degree preferred (business, marketing, or related field) or equivalent work experience.

Experience : Minimum 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research, with expertise in survey design, sampling, and consultation.

Knowledge & Skills :

Strong understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and digital tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Skilled in project budgeting, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to apply established procedures to resolve moderately complex issues with minimal oversight.

Strong mentoring, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
