We are looking for a skilled Lead Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. As a seasoned professional in managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns, you will be responsible for deploying and refining ads strategies that drive real results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running high-performing Facebook Ads campaigns with budgets exceeding $20,000 USD per month. Your expertise should include analyzing customer actions, planning A / B testing, building campaign structures, and monitoring data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP.

A successful candidate will possess a strong performance mindset, ability to test quickly and optimize deeply, expand budget based on performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR, and understand analytics attributes like last click and view.

This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager components, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and other relevant tools. You will be working closely with the team to design and implement effective Facebook Ads strategies that meet business goals.
