The Opportunity

This isn’t a “take-orders-and-push-pixels” kind of role. This is your canvas.

You’ll own the design vision for Curately — from the information architecture to the interaction model, from the voice of the interface to the system design. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, engineering, and product teams to imagine, prototype, and ship experiences that make complex data and workflows feel effortless and human.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product design across Curately’s platform — from ideation to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Translate complexity into clarity — simplify dense datasets, AI-driven insights, and recruiter workflows into intuitive visual patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver cohesive and elegant product experiences.
• Develop and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and aesthetic excellence.
• Bring creativity and product thinking to the table — contribute ideas that influence product strategy, not just visual design.
• Prototype boldly. Iterate rapidly. Use tools like Figma, Framer, and AI-assisted design workflows to visualize and test concepts quickly.
• Champion the user. Build empathy for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates — and ensure Curately feels magical for each.
