Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Onboarding Coordinator to be part of our Data Onboarding team. The role involves coordinating with clients to collect required data files, sharing updates, and acting as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the data onboarding process.
• Coordinate with clients to request, receive and follow up on required data files and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay client requirements and feedback accurately.
• Track onboarding milestones, pending items and client responses to ensure timely completion.
• Identify gaps, discrepancies or delays in data received and proactively communicate resolutions.
• Maintain clear and structured records of client communications and onboarding status.
• Ensure a smooth client experience by addressing queries and providing timely support during onboarding.
