We are excited to share that Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, a Fortune 500 Company with $15 Billion Revenue is expanding its Paper Business Team in India and is on the lookout for self-driven, experienced, and dynamic sales professionals. We have fantastic opportunities available at both mid and senior levels to support and drive business expansion in the Tissue, Board & Packaging Segments, as well as the Pulp Mill business.

Job Characteristics : This senior level sales position sells the organization's products / services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects. Also provides technical support. Proficient in most aspects of products & services. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. Is seen as a partner to customers by adapting existing approaches to resolve issues. Has a solid understanding of business, financials, products / services, the market & account needs. Generates solutions based on limited information, using past experience & precedent.

Role : District Representative / Account Manager

Experience : 8-15 Years

Location : Chandigarh, Ghaziabad / Meerut, Surat / Bharuch / Vadodra, Hyderabad, Bhadrachalam

What You Will Do :

  • Responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing key dealer accounts, and expanding the business portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives
  • Inculcate Nalco value selling culture with digital enablers and provide technical support to dealers and end customers
  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
  • Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in assigned territory to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco Water
  • As a trusted partner, your customers will rely on you for their success. Nalco Water is committed to seeing you succeed and provides several exceptional technical training programs to ensure you’re prepared to solve any customer problem.

    Training programs are held in the field and at classroom. Based on your skill level, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical,industrial) (pulp, paper)
  • Working knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
