Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Banking & Payment Gateway Executive located in Jalandhar. The executive will be responsible for managing banking transactions, payment gateways, customer service related to finance, credit, and insurance services.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance services
• Experience in banking and payment gateway operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certification in banking or finance is a plus
