Whar role you will play in team
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Authorization & Security Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP authorization and security. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP role and user management, and technical expertise in GRC access control components.
Job will be based at Bangalore , Whitefield office ( WFO) for 5 days in a week.
What you will do
List the set of primary job duties, tasks, and functions specific to the position : SAP Role & User Management : Maintain SAP roles and profiles, including custom roles to meet business requirements while maintaining security standards.
- GRC Access Control : Provide technical expertise in GRC access control components, including access request management, access risk analysis, and business role management.
- GRC Administration : Strong understanding of GRC components such as access risk analysis, access request management, segregation of duties, and GRC rule set concepts. Hands-on experience in GRC administration activities.
- Compliance : Work with internal / external audit and SOX compliance teams to maintain compliant systems.
- Impact & Gap Analysis : Conduct comprehensive impact and gap analysis and develop corrective action plans to support priority tickets for end users.
- Training : Train team members on SAP GRC and prepare training materials.
- Items listed in order of importance; most important functions at the top of the list : S4 Hana GRC, Access control in SAP, user management in SAP
- Items should be specific : S4 Hana Expertise : Good knowledge of S4 Hana Fiori tiles, Launchpad, transactional apps, and Personas.
- Production Support : Provide production support in SAP security-related daily activities, including user authorization issues.
- Security Changes : Understand and evaluate security changes in business requirements and coordinate functional testing with stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement in services.
