UI / UX Designer - User-Centered Design

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned UI / UX Designer to help us create clean, delightful, and highly effective experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, designing interfaces that are not just visually appealing, but genuinely usable for teachers, parents, and :

• Own the end-to-end design process : discovery, wireframes, prototyping, and final UI.
• Translate user needs and product goals into intuitive, elegant experiences.
• Design for cross-platform consistency (web, iOS, Android), with sensitivity to platform-specific requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging feedback to refine decisions.
• Build and maintain robust design systems and reusable UI components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications.
• Contribute to product strategy with a strong user-first mindset.
• Create visuals, micro-interactions, animations, and clear handoffs using tools such as Figma,

Adobe XD, or Sketch.
