Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced UX / UI Designer with a proven track record in designing intuitive and visually appealing mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and hands-on experience in creating seamless and engaging user experiences across various mobile platforms. Responsibilities : User Research and Analysis :

• Conduct user research to understand target users’ needs and pain points.
• Analyse user feedback and behaviour data to inform design decisions.

Wireframing and Prototyping :

• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for mobile applications.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.

UI Design :

• Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and design coherence.

Usability Testing :

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Implement changes based on user feedback to enhance the user experience.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and constraints.
• Communicate design concepts effectively and advocate for user-centric design principles.

Responsive Design :

• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers to implement responsive design principles.

Stay Updated :

• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the mobile app design space.
• Share insights and best practices with the team to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX / UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in UX / UI design, specifically for mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of mobile app design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
