Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 11 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm, with additional hours as required

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to increase subscribers, views, and watch time.
- Identify and implement content trends, formats, and opportunities relevant to the niche.
- Optimize posting schedules, playlists, and content calendars for maximum reach.
- Plan, upload, and manage all video content following best practices.
- Write compelling titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for YouTube SEO.
- Design and test thumbnails to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate).
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, video editors, and designers for high-quality video output.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, audience retention, engagement rate, etc.).
- Generate weekly / monthly reports and insights for content and strategy improvement.
- Monitor competitor channels and trends to benchmark and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and respond to comments, ensuring community engagement and feedback loops.
- Build audience loyalty through polls, posts, and YouTube Community features.
- Coordinate with social media teams for cross-platform content promotion.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, values, and guidelines.
- Explore monetization opportunities (ads, sponsorships, memberships, collaborations).
- Manage YouTube channel policies, copyrights, and compliance issues.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience working with brands, influencers, or content creators.Understanding of digital marketing and cross-platform promotion.Skills Required
