Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The individual will manage day-to-day social media campaigns, create engaging and visually appealing content, and monitor platform analytics to enhance brand reach and engagement. Responsibilities also include coordinating digital marketing efforts, driving targeted online campaigns, and collaborating with teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to manage diverse platforms and content strategies.
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing to effectively run online campaigns and drive engagement.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with teams, engage audiences, and oversee brand messaging.
• Attention to detail and data analysis capabilities to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, and familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
