🔹 Job Overview

We are hiring for a dual-role position covering Expense Management and Administration . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP Concur for expense activities and hands-on exposure to admin operations including stakeholder coordination, travel arrangements, calendaring, and MoM preparation.

Candidates with a blend of expense management and admin skills will be preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✨ Expense Management (Mandatory – SAP Concur)

• Prepare, process, and submit employee expense reports using SAP Concur .
• Verify receipts, statements, approvals, and supporting documents.
• Handle reimbursement processing and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with employees for corrections, clarifications, or pending documents.
• Maintain accuracy in T&E reporting and adhere to timelines.
