3-Cubed is proven across BPOs, shared services, and large Indian enterprises in BFSI, telecom, healthcare, and enterprise services.

Role Description

We’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Lead to scale 3-Cubed — someone who’s closed large SaaS deals and wants to build from first principles.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle individual contributor role reporting directly to the Founder. You’ll drive enterprise sales, shape solution narratives, and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire sales motion — from outbound to multi-year partnerships
  • Sell to COOs, CFOs, and transformation leaders in complex enterprises
  • Convert paid pilots into scaled accounts
  • Co-create proposals with delivery and AI teams
  • Represent 3-Cubed at CXO forums and industry events
  • Bonus : Help shape early distribution via consulting or tech partnerships

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in enterprise SaaS (not services)
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder, pilot-to-scale deals
  • Strong in outbound, value-based selling, and governance alignment
  • Thinks like an owner — accountable, resourceful, outcome-driven
  • Based anywhere in India; travel to clients expected (1–2x / month)
  • Bonus : experience with alliances or consulting partnerships
