Creative Design Lead

Job descriptionLead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities for the team. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective design solutions. Present creative design ideas and pitches to clients, showcasing the value and impact of our design services. Participate in hands-on design tasks, including UI and UX design, to set the standard for quality and creativity. Utilize Adobe tools, Figma, and Web Flow to create compelling design assets and prototypes. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development process. Drive development strategies that enhance product functionality and user experience. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep the design team at the cutting edge of creative excellence. Incorporate new techniques and approaches to continuously improve the design process and outcomes. 12+ years of hands-on design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work. Proven experience managing a design team. Proficiency in Adobe tools, Figma, and Web Flow. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies. Strong ability to present and pitch creative ideas to clients. Hands-on coding skills and the ability to drive development strategies. Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelors degree in Design or a related field.
