We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, content, and client coordination across our brands and client accounts.
The ideal candidate should combine strong execution skills with creative thinking, digital expertise, and the ability to collaborate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, CRM, digital).
- Support campaign strategy, creative briefs, and content development.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage CRM workflows, lead tracking, and marketing automation.
- Conduct basic performance reporting and suggest optimizations.
- Join weekly client meetings (with U.S. teams) and share updates professionally.
- Maintain timelines, deliverables, and attention to detail across all assigned Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in marketing execution, campaign coordination, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills must be comfortable interacting with clients.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
- Creative thinker with logical reasoning and problem-solving mindset.
- Smart, energetic, and spontaneous able to adapt quickly and deliver under deadlines.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, EngageBay, Google Analytics, or equivalent CRM / automation platforms is a plus.
