Job description

We are seeking a qualified Landscape Architect to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, responsible for supervising and ensuring the successful delivery of landscape works on large-scale projects. The role involves monitoring contractors, reviewing design submissions, and ensuring that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and sustainability standards.

About the Role

The Landscape Architect will be responsible for overseeing the landscape works, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities

Supervise hardscape, softscape, and irrigation works on-site, ensuring quality and compliance.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Provide expertise in plant selection, soil quality, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping.
Report on project progress, risks, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Master’s preferred).

8–12 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in PMC / supervision roles.

Proven experience in large-scale developments (urban, infrastructure, hospitality, or mixed-use).

Required Skills

Strong technical knowledge of landscape works, AutoCAD / Revit, and sustainability standards (LEED, ESTIDAMA).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
