Job description

Location : Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 5 years in wealth / channel management

Notice Period / Gap : Up to 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow a high-net-worth portfolio with a minimum book size of ₹20 crore
  • Source clients via wealth channels—roles like ‘Privi RM’, ‘Burgundy RM’, ‘Wealth Manager’, ‘Imperia RM’, ‘Preferred RM’
  • Offer full-spectrum wealth advisory including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, debt, and lending solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / UHNI clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (trading, research, product) for seamless service delivery
  • Actively cross-sell across products to drive revenue and advisory impact

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven portfolio management with book ≥₹20 CR in HNI / UHNI domain
  • Background in wealth-channel sourcing and managing premium client segments
  • Strong product knowledge : cash, derivatives, alternate investments, structured products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client orientation
  • Ability to work in co-ordination with internal teams to fulfil client needs

    • KPIs & Targets :

  • Book growth—₹20 CR minimum with incremental AUM
  • New HNI / UHNI acquisition numbers
  • Cross-sell ratio across financial product suite
  • Client satisfaction and retention metrics
