Senior Account Executive

Monday to Friday -Senior Account Executive⏰ 11am to 8pm💼 Experience Required : 4 to 5+ years (Experienced candidates preferred)🧠 About the Company : Rexus India is a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional accounting and financial management services.Our mission is to provide innovative, reliable, and compliant accounting solutions while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.💡 About the Role : Rexus India is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant / Account Executive with hands-on experience in accounts receivable, taxation, Tally, and Excel.The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations efficiently.📊 Key Responsibilities : Manage and maintain accounts receivable ledgers and follow up with clients for timely collections.Perform accounting tasks in Tally ERP, including data entry, ledger posting, and voucher creation.Prepare and file GST returns, TDS statements, and ensure statutory compliance.Reconcile day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.Generate financial reports, MIS, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding payment updates, invoices, and clarifications.Support external and internal audit processes and ensure all documentation is maintained.Track invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and payment statuses on a regular basis.🎓 Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.🧩 Required Skills : 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting with a focus on receivables management.Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation rules.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.⭐ Preferred Skills : Prior experience in a corporate or professional environment.Exposure to working with global clients and cross-functional teams.Familiarity with basic accounting automation tools or financial CRMs is a plus.
