This role is responsible to implement and supervise digital media activities for the assigned brands. As a representative of Dentsu, the personnel will aid its clients in delivering value for campaigns by means of conceptualization and implementation of strategies & campaigns thereby contributing to overall brand management and achieving excellence in its expectation with the team.

About the role : We are looking for a data-driven Data Analyst to join our marketing team and own end-to-end analysis of digital campaigns across retention platforms. He / she will turn data into insights and insights into actionable plans — market research, help increasing business, and fuelling client growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyse performance marketing campaigns
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, CVR, etc.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness across channels
• Collaborate with growth, brand, and retention teams to support strategy and budget allocation.
• Perform cohort and funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities
• Analyse user behaviour across platforms.
• Support recommendations — Used cases, incrementality, and channel attribution
• Work closely with media agencies and platform reps to benchmark and optimize performance
