Product Analytics :
Must-Have (Essential) :
- 8+ years applying analytics to solve complex Product challenges.
- Strong SQL Python for data manipulation, analysis and insight generation.
- Proficient experience with Web Analytics tools and Tagging (Experience with Adobe Analytics / Adobe Experience Platform is a plus)
- Skilled at identifying patterns, solving complex problems, and extracting insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Skilled in A / B testing (statistical techniques), with expertise in setting hypothesis, executing tests and advanced interpretation of user behavior impact.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills – able to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive decision making and shape product strategy.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers.
Good-to-Have (Desirable) :
Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physical sciences.Experience with data governance, reporting requirements, ROI analysis.Prior work in fast-paced, global organizations, navigating complexity to drive measurable outcomes.Expertise with Tableau (dashboards, automated reporting).Experience working with product data in the travel domainStrong operational improvement mindset
