About the Role :

As a Senior Python DevOps Engineer at NCG, you will play a key role in optimizing deployment pipelines, automating processes, and scaling infrastructure to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and future-ready. Your expertise in Python development combined with modern DevOps practices will directly drive the success of our projects, while enabling innovation in AI / ML and Generative AI initiatives. • Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve availability.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to embed DevOps best practices into the SDLC.
• Automate workflows and processes using Python, Flask, or Django to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting solutions to maintain production system reliability.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices.
• Support initiatives related to AI / ML pipelines and Generative AI deployments, ensuring scalability and Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 69 years of experience in DevOps engineering with strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience with database technologies (MongoDB, SQL) and data pipelines.
• Exposure to AI / ML frameworks and Generative AI productionization (highly desirable).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
