Introduction :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC - SCM Developer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with over 5 years of experience working with ServiceNows Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module, specifically in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of the GRC framework.
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow GRC Development :
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) workflows specific to Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules (Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, etc.) and integrate them with other ServiceNow modules (Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB).
- Build and enhance SCM-related workflows and applications within ServiceNow to automate risk and compliance management processes.
Customization & Configuration :
Customize ServiceNow GRC application based on business requirements, including creating business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.Develop custom SCM-related forms, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency and provide real-time insights.Integration & Automation :
Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, external SCM systems) to ensure data consistency across platforms.Automate routine risk and compliance tasks to streamline supply chain management processes and ensure regulatory adherence.Collaboration & Documentation :
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective ServiceNow solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, integration points, and configuration settings.Support & Troubleshooting :
Provide ongoing support for the ServiceNow GRC - SCM application, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system performance.Participate in the troubleshooting of ServiceNow GRC-related problems, escalating where necessary.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) development, with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and workflows.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, customization, and development practices.Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Incident Management.Technical Skills :
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools : Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Workflows, Custom Tables, Service Portal.Expertise in ServiceNow SCM integrations and automation.Experience with REST / SOAP Web Services, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for seamless system integrations.Experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end & Analytical Skills :Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve ServiceNow application issues.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks effectively.Certifications (preferred but not mandatory) :
Certified ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.Communication :
