Job descriptionAssist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation. Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed. Any Graduation or Post Graduation (Healthcare Preferred). Strong interest in US recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
