Presales Solution Architect - Monitoring & Observability Services

JOB PURPOSE :

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect with deep expertise in HPE OpsRamp and broad knowledge of the monitoring landscape (e.g., SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Nagios, Zabbix). The candidate will be the technical authority during the sales cycle, responsible for designing compelling monitoring solutions that address client business needs. This role demands advanced skills in solution design, presentation, and demonstration, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of HPE OpsRamp in hybrid IT environments and successfully differentiate it from competitors.

CERTIFICATIONS : ITIL Foundation (Intermediate / Expert preferred)

• Certification in HPE - OpsRamp, SolarWinds, Manage Engine or related ITOM tools
• Cloud, such as AWS / Azure / GCP certifications will be added advantage

EXPERIENCE : 10-12 years of overall experience, with at least 5-7 years in a pre-sales, solution architect, or technology consultant role, specifically focused on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Monitoring tools.

REPORTING TO : Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

QUALIFICATION : Master's in Marketing or MBA - Marketing
