About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical HRBP Contractor to join our People & Culture

team in Hyderabad. This contract role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn

how HR supports business success, enjoy solving people-related challenges, and want

hands-on experience across core HR functions — including hiring, onboarding, performance

management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution, helping HRBPs address

workplace matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition and
  • positive experience for new hires.

  • Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedback
  • coordination, and documentation.

  • Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as headcount,
  • turnover, and performance trends.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to understand organizational needs and
  • recommend people-related solutions.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, and
  • diversity & inclusion projects.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and
  • compliance.

  • Support recruitment and hiring processes, including coordination, screening, and
  • ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

    Requirements

  • Graduate, OR, a Post graduate degree in Human Resources, Business
  • Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HR
  • analytics is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.
  • Start Date : Immediate

    FTE Opportunity : Yes, based on individual performance during the contract period and

    business requirements.

    The work model will be to work from the office, 5 days a week. This is not a remote position.
