We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Alarm Management : Examine the alarms / event frequency to reduce the unwanted alarms and upkeep the application response time.
- Incidents / Issues : Liaise with the PS IT team to resolve the identified issues and update the site teams.
- New Application release : Functionality and scenario testing for the new applications to meet the audit and regulatory requirements.
- Performance : Perform the sanity checks on the data and report shared with the stakeholders.
- Planning : System design & specifications for the new PS equipment and implement the changes across the other locations.
- Testing : Functionality testing of the equipment in the UAT environment to identify any issues or gaps and share the observations with PS IT team.
- Vulnerability Mitigation : Cyber testing and whitelisting of the newly added devices.
- Audits : Support for the investigation, incidents, audits, and security controls at site levels.
- Maintenance : Security System breakdown support, coordination & track closure of the issue.
- Upgradation : Application version upgradation to mitigate the cyber vulnerabilities.
- Application Security : Coordinate with application ITSO for the implementation of the security patches.
- SDLC / DEPL Controls : Updating of the key changes in the ICE tool to implement compliance controls submit evidence for controls specified by the Technology, Cyber and Data risk policies.
- Matrices : Reporting and updating of all the system / application issues and incident on the Human risk tool for evidence and references.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
Bachelor's degree (or demonstrable experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in managing the physical security systems.System certification on CCURE 9000, Prowatch, Genetec, March Networks, Milestone, HID application shall be an added advantage.Industry level certification like CPP, PMP, CRISC, PSP, CEH would be preferable.Knowledge of application software like MS Office, Visio and understanding of programming language designed for managing and querying data in database management systems.Well versed with the computer and networking related knowledge to liaise with the IT team and understand the requirementsYou'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
